The Mathematics and … Call 2016 of the Vienna Science and Technology Fund (WWTF) targets universities and research institutions as well as individual scientists that would like to investigate a multi-annual (2-4 years) scientific project with medium term economic or social benefits in Vienna. Projects should strive for innovative mathematical methods that lead to applicable solutions in and together with other disciplines. In total € 4 Mio. are dedicated to this call. Funding range for individual projects is € 200.000 - 650.000.
