The Club of Vienna invites early-career researchers whose work relates to evolutionary epistemology to apply for the Wiener Rupert Riedl Prize 2025. Submissions may include both theoretical and practice-oriented research from the humanities, social sciences, economics, natural sciences and engineering. Submissions may be written in German or English and must be no more than three years old (i.e. completed in 2022 or later). Work submitted in previous years cannot be reconsidered.
Required application documents:
– Research paper (Diploma thesis, Master’s thesis, Dissertation, or Habilitation)
– Summary of the research (1–2 pages in German)
– Evaluation or review of the work
– Curriculum vitae of the applicant

The prize is endowed with €1,000. Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of experts. The jury’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.
