- In cooperation with the French National Research Agency (ANR), the FWF offers funding for closely integrated project collaborations between researchers in Austria and France. The cooperation is intended to fund closely integrated projects in which researchers in Austria and France make substantial scientific contributions, creating added value through international cooperation.
- Eligibility: The FWF-funded part of the project and all FWF applicants are required to meet the eligibility criteria specified in the FWF Application Guidelines for Principal Investigator Projects. For clinical research proposals, the criteria of the Clinical Research program (KLP) apply. For the French part of the project, the ANR’s eligibility requirements apply.
- Funding: up to 48 months. Regarding the funding amount the FWF Application Guidelines for Principal Investigator Projects and the criteria of the Clinical Research program (KLP) apply.
- Application: Submissions using the electronic application portal elane.
