How does the detailed proposal-check work?
Description of the process
Once you have a solid draft version (please check with your ➥personalised WIKI-page) you can send us all the relevant documents as PDFs via email to projektSERVICE.mathematik@univie.ac.at.
projektSERVICE will find the next available time slot to arrange a date for the detailed proposal check using this ➥calendar.
During the detailed proposal-check, all comments and suggestions will be entered on the ➥personalised WIKI-page. Afterwards projektSERVICE will send you the link to the updated WIKI-page.
If desired, a meeting can be arranged to discuss the suggestions for improvement.
- After you have improved the draft version, it can be sent to projektSERVICE again for the next proposal-check. This process can be repeated until everything on the wiki page is marked as [OK] in green.
- Please submit your application and inform projektSERVICE, as most applications also require approval from the research institution.
