Future CD lab leaders wanted! - Info event of the CDG about Christian Doppler Laboratories as webinar                                                            

The Christian Doppler Research Association (CDG) promotes long-term collaboration between innovative companies and outstanding scientists within the framework of Christian Doppler (CD) laboratories. CD laboratories conduct application-oriented basic research at universities and non-university research institutions. The research program of the CD Laboratories is mostly based on questions from the economy. The scientists are guaranteed scientific freedom. Financing is provided jointly by the public sector and companies.

Brigitte Müller (Deputy Secretary General of the CDG) will present the funding model and the application process to you in the webinar. Gerhard Murer (Chief Scientist at Anton Paar GmbH, member of the Senate and Board of Trustees of the CDG) provides information about the funding model from the perspective of companies and gives tips on cooperation with companies. A head of a CD Laboratory reports on the experiences with the CD Laboratory. After the lectures you have the opportunity to discuss your questions.
