[EVENT] Marie Sklodowska-Curie: Proposal writing for Individual Fellowships (IF)

16.05.2019

Date: 16+17 May 2019

Registration: necessary

This FFG-training will support you in the process of writing a proposal for the programme Marie Skłodowska-Curie in Horizon 2020. Particular focus of the training is the next call for Individual Fellowships (IF), opening 11 April 2019.

This interactive, 1 ½ day training (16 May 9-17 h, 17 May 9-13 h) will prepare you for writing a competitive proposal for an Individual Fellowship in the H2020 programme Marie Skłodowska-Curie. The training at FFG will be complemented by short e-learning inputs before and after the actual training.

Using practical examples and exercises we will explore the topics:

  • Introduction on Individual Fellowships
  • How should my proposal be structured?
  • What makes a proposal competitive?
  • What happens during the evaluation?

There will also be room to reflect on your own project idea.

The training is designed for researchers and hosts planning to submit a proposal for the current IF call opening on 11 April 2019. Non-applicants (research support units or similar) are welcome to participate as well, provided there are still places available. Since the number of participants is limited, please register early.

Participation is free of charge. The training will be held in English.

Registration will be open on 1 April 2019 and the detailed agenda will be put online in March 2019.
